The Tilta Camera Cage Pro Kit for Canon C50 TA-T93-B-B is a complete rigging system built around a custom-fit full cage for the Canon C50. The cage uses a three-point mounting system for a secure connection and features a modular construction that can be converted into a half cage for lighter setups. At the same time, the integrated Arca-type bottom plate allows quick transitions between compatible tripods, gimbals, and other support systems.
The cage provides multiple 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 mounting threads with locating points, along with a NATO rail and cold shoe for accessories such as monitors, microphones, and lights. Its detachable top plate supports the Canon C50’s original XLR handle, while separate HDMI and USB-C cable clamps help secure connected cables during handheld or fast-moving operation. In addition, the side mounting points support vertical shooting configurations.
For more controlled handheld operation, the kit includes a Tilta Xeno Top Handle and a Left Side PD Handle with Run/Stop Type VIII. The PD handle features an internal battery and provides up to 50W PD output, while its release lever allows quick adjustment of the handle angle. Meanwhile, the included height-adjustable Arca-type 15mm LWS baseplate maintains the standard 85mm rod-to-sensor-center spacing, making it suitable for compatible follow-focus, matte box, and other 15mm LWS accessories.
The kit also includes two 200mm / 7.87-inch 15mm aluminum rods, giving the C50 a more complete cinema-style support platform. As a result, the TA-T93-B-B provides a practical foundation for building a compact handheld rig with additional focus, lens, monitoring, and support accessories.
