amaran Light Dome 60cm

A softbox is the difference between light that flatters and light that exposes. It turns a hard point source into a broad, even panel, so shadows fall off gently instead of cutting a hard edge across a face.

Size is what decides softness, not wattage. The larger the box relative to your subject and the closer you bring it, the softer the result — a big box across the room is a hard light again.

It mounts on the standard Bowens fitting, so it works with most studio flashes and COB LED fixtures rather than tying you to one brand.
