The Tilta Full Camera Cage Lightweight Kit TA-T100-B-B combines a custom-fit full camera cage with a Tilta Xeno Top Handle for Sony a7 V, a7 IV, and a7R V cameras. The cage uses an adjustable sliding design to provide a secure fit while maintaining access to the camera’s controls, battery compartment, ports, and other essential functions. Its aluminum alloy, stainless steel, and silicone construction provides a balance of protection, rigidity, and low weight.
The cage provides multiple 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 mounting threads with locating points, together with a top cold shoe for attaching accessories such as monitors, microphones, and lights. An integrated Arca-type quick-release baseplatealso supports compatible tripods, receivers, and DJI gimbals. In addition, an HDMI cable clamp helps secure the cable and reduces the risk of accidental disconnection during operation.
The included Xeno Top Handle connects through a 1/4″-20 locating screw and provides additional mounting points, including 1/4″-20 threads and a cold shoe receiver. As a result, the kit gives Sony shooters a compact way to add accessories and improve handling without moving to a larger cinema-style rig.
