A seamless 0.8 MOD focus gear ring for lenses with an 81 to 83mm focus or zoom barrel, so an ordinary photo lens can be driven by a cine follow focus or a motor.
It is fully closed and needs no screws, which is what separates it from split rings: pressure is even all the way round the barrel, so it does not drift or slip part way through a pull.
Even pressure also means the ring turns exactly as far as the lens does, which is the whole point if you are marking focus positions and expecting to hit them again.
