Description

An octagonal box gives you the roundest catchlight of any softbox shape, which is why it is the default for portrait and beauty work — the reflection in the eye reads as a window rather than a rectangle.

The eight-sided shape also wraps light around the face more evenly than a square box, softening the transition from lit side to shadow side.

Bowens mount, so it fits most studio flashes and COB LED lights.
